Park Reservations

County parks are open 365 days a year, from dawn to dusk (Click HERE for the reservation form).

  • Reservations for county park pavilions can be made one year in advance for the dates of Memorial Day through Labor Day, which is May 29, 2017 to September 4, 2017.

  • The pavilions are first-come, first-served September 5, 2017 through May 27, 2018, Labor Day to Memorial Day. Reservations are not taken for this time period. 

  • Check calendar below to see if the park is available. If a park is listed on the calendar, that date has been reserved by another party and your request will be denied.

  • Reservations are avilable for pavilions at the following parks Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    • Pioneer Trails Picnic Grounds

    • Sweetwater County Picnic Grounds

    • Reliance Park

    • Crossroads West Park

    • Big Sandy Park – Farson

  • Reservation period for 2017: May 29, 2017 through September 4, 2017.

  • Electricity and water are not available in the parks.

  • Reservation forms must be completed 7 days prior to the requested date.

  • No dunking tanks.

  • Reservation is for pavilion only.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until the office mails a confirmation letter.

  • Reservations are NOT accepted for the following facilities: (These facilities are first-come, first-served).

    • Arrowhead Springs Park

    • Mesa Park

    • Bicentennial Park in Eden

    • Archery Range

    • Shooting Range

  • Inflatable bouncers are allowed only by board approval. Party requesting bouncers must submit both documents to the office by the third Wednesday of the month:

    • A written letter requesting permission to have an inflatable bouncer.

    • A Certificate of Insurance listing the Sweetwater County Recreation Board as an insured.
